Parador de Bielsa

A refuge in the Pyrenees, at the foot of Monte Perdido, the Parador de Bielsa is located in the lower part of the Valle de Pineta, at 200 meters from the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido, and 14 km from the centre of the village.
Decor details of the floors, walls, ceiling beams are combined with comfortable modern furniture. Some rooms offer superb views of this natural beauty.The pride and joy of the Parador is the "Balcón de Pineta", the largest room with 70 square meters, located at the top floor and with a Jacuzzi, hydro-sauna and large windows overlooking the "Cirque Pineta" and the massif of Monte Perdido

Bielsa boasts very interesting photography museums and its colourful carnival. At 45 minutes away from the Parador there's a great cross-country skiing area in France: PiauEngaly or St. Lary-Soulan (1 hour). The Romanesque routes through the province of HuescaTella (34 km), Bestue (48 km), Fanlo (56 km), the map of VallesGistaín (65 km). And finally, "Ainsa" (50 km) is the largest medieval city of Spain, declared a historic-artistic monumentIn September, it celebrates the Morisma Festival to commemorate the reconquest by Christian forces.

The Aragonese cuisine boasts simple but very tasty dishes: Trout Until the Cinca (onion, bacon and brandy), leg of lamb, wild boar, Aragon teresicas (pears with chocolate) and, of course, the famous "migasAragonesas” (fried bread).
