La Torre del Visco

Home built with dry-stone and its Tower was built in 1449 lies at the center of a farm of 80 hectares surrounded by gardens, terraces, patios and fountains, with hundreds of roses, herbs and olive trees in the beautiful valley of the River Tastavins.
The mountain range "Ports de Beceite" serves as a backdrop to Mediterranean and traditional landscape here in the District of Matarranya in Teruel: small villages atop hills, Renaissance municipalities surrounded by cypress trees and shrines.

The owners grow fruit organically, vegetables and olive oil for the restaurant.
Far from the madding crowd, no TV or phone, but with fresh flowers, rich of cotton linen and magnificent views, the 17 rooms are a dream in this 15th century nobleman's house.

Rich and welcoming interiors of the hotel, you can be immersed in a novel, in front of the fireplace, play chess, taste wines of the cellar, or share a conversation with chefs in the kitchen.
