The XIIIth century castle can claim six generations of unbroken ownership by the same family, who have kept the historic atmosphere and the yesteryear’s style of this stately home wonderfully intact. But François de Valbray and his wife, the present owners, have also adapted the castle to the latest standards of modern world: The 11 very elegant bedrooms at the Château, overlooking the park, are arranged like small private apartments, furnished in period style, with canopied beds, alcoves and fabrics from great designers.
You have the choice between the so-called Prestige rooms, the even more luxuriously appointed Royal rooms or – located in the delicious dépendance „Le Fruitier“, close to the main building - another six charming double rooms, offering a thoroughly comfortable, but less antique-laden environment: the ideal place if you are travelling with the family or in a party.

You can feel like home in this stunning castle, relaxing in the grand salon, playing a game of billiards or enjoying a candle-lit dinner prepared by the lady of the house – by arrangement.
It is also possible to rent the entire Château, the Fruitier or even both as the perfect backdrop for an exceptional event, a fairytale wedding, a charity gala or an executive meeting…
