You can go on excursions by bicycle or on a horse along the pathways among the hills covered with juniper trees and fragrant Mediterranean plants. A few kilometres away, you can discover the bay of Piscinni, Cala Cipolla or the enchanting beach of Tuerredda with a picturesque little island in front.

You can also play golf at Chia (just 500 metres distance, 18-holes) or at Is Molas (15km distance, 27-holes), practise scuba diving, kite-surfing or explore the thousands of not-to-be-missed places in this land of ancient culture: Bithia, the Phoenician city, Nora with Punic and Roman remains, ‘nuraghi’ and ‘menhir’ scattered over the countryside, the Is Cannoneris Nature Reserve populated by deer and wild boar, and the evocative western/cowboy-film canyons of Sulcis.
