“Hotel Costantinopoli 104” offers its guests an exclusive service: relaxation in an enchanting period residence, whose origins date back to the late 19th century. With two storeys and terrace, the villa was the property of Marquis Spinelli, who had it built in an area where immense monastic convents were situated.
The crest of the marquis on the façade and on the marble floors are still today testimony of the ancient splendour of this exclusive residence.

Underneath the multi-coloured windows and surrounded by flower-beds and secular trees, the garden is an oasis of tranquillity in the fascinating historical centre of Naples. Under an ancient portal, a small swimming pool is available for guests’ use.
Dominated by an imposing marble fireplace, the lounge has period furniture and decorations which belonged to the previous owners of the building.
During winter, a corner of the lounge is dedicated to serving a full American breakfast, which can be enjoyed outside in the summer, amongst the fragrances of the luxuriant vegetation.
