Hotel Villa Ranieri

Not far from the Museum and Royal Palace of Capodimonte, the Villa Ranieri Hotel is also only a few minutes from the centre of Naples. It is an elegant 18th century building which unites the fascination of its period architectonic style with the naturalistic beauty of a 1,500sm park.

Amongst the rich vegetation is a secular elm tree (Ulmus) and a camphor tree (Cinnamomum camphora), and, walking along the pathways, visitors come across ancient stone fountains in a pastoral setting. The atmosphere inside is also particularly striking: the salons with period furnishing, antique vases, marble statues, a reading room with fireplace and finally, the bedrooms with fine furnishings and all the comforts expected of a four-star hotel.

The abundant breakfast comprises, milk, six different types of tea, coffee, yoghurt, cheeses, cold cuts and special local pastries served in the dining room or under the art nouveau-style gazebo.
However, mornings are not the only occasion for whetting the appetite: the hotel has set up a “Garden of Flavours” corner where guests can take part in wine-tasting and the tasting of typical gastronomic delights of the Campania region.
