Hotel del Sitjar

The Hotel del Sitjar was formerly an eighteenth century house, located in the main square of the town of Calaceite in Teruel.

The facade of the hotel, is made of stone, and its interior still maintains the original wooden beams. The floor of the lobby is made of glass so guests can see the old cellar which is located in basement.

All the rooms are comfortable and full of charm and tradition. They all still maintain the original stone walls, the old wooden beams on the ceilings. The rooms have wooden floors and a special lighting that provides warmth and comfort enhancing some of the original construction materials.

Some of the rooms have beautiful views to the town square and the historic town of Calaceite. From others, guests can enjoy views to the olive groves, the almond trees and the vineyards that surround the village of Calaceite.

The Hotel del Sitjar, also features a restaurant called "Pas d'en Bellosta", that serves typical local dishes. There is also a bar that elaborates magnificent cocktails, coffees and tapas made with local products.

During the warmer months, guests can sit on the terrace and enjoy the views to the town square.
