Relais Palazzo di Luglio

“Relais Palazzo di Luglio” was created by the renovation of an 18th century building belonging to the noble family Cattani di Sanspolcro, birthplace of Piero della Francesca. The residence is situated at the top of a panoramic hill about 3km from the centre of Sansepolcro, in the suggestive Valtiberina.

Consisting of a main body and three annexes, the complex has been knowledgably renovated, preserving its architectonic characteristics and using, wherever possible, original materials such as the old rustic beams in solid wood, visible stone-work and real terracotta.

Also in the suites, which have all modern amenities and maximum comfort, the elegant and refined furnishing goes well with the renovation of its original form.

Framed by twelve hectares of olive groves and the splendid secular park with swimming pool, the Relais Palazzo di Luglio is the ideal destination for those who are looking for quiet, taste, comfort and at the same time the possibility to explore the multitude of richness of the countryside, history and art of this fascinating area.

Traditional Tuscan flavours can be discovered in the restaurant and in the wine shop, with typical Tuscan dishes, cold cuts, tasting of selected wines and olive oil from its own olive-press.
