AnimeaSud is a very charming country house situated in the heart of the Val di Noto, in Modica, the town famous for its handmade chocolate, processed with the ancient methods of the Aztecs.

AnimeaSud has been created from the careful renovation works of a beautiful old building and it represents a perfect melting between ancient and mondern emotions. Indeed, elements of the ancient structure coexist with modern features such as ecology, contemporary art and urban design.

The property hosts several pieces of art created by the Bolognese artist Luca Giannini, and also original objects deriving from the former building, as for example the ancient door or the bedside tables made ​​from old slabs of stone pitch.
