Masseria Salinola

The Masseria Salinola, an ancient farm dating from the 18th century, is situated right in the heart of the Salento region in the Valle d'Itria. The property has been fully restored and is now a wonderful farmhouse surrounded by century old olive trees and the crystalline sea of Ostuni. Its white lime and stone interiors convey a unique atmosphere.

Hospitality is offered in rooms and apartments in the typical farmhouse style, with original pieces of furniture, melt with all modern comforts. The Farm is set in seven hectares of land fully planted with olive trees, from which the property produces a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, as well as various other biological products that are offered in its restaurant in order to convey its dishes an extraordinary natural flavor.

During summer guests can relax by the outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool, or have a relaxing walk among the green olive trees in the park of the farm. Thanks to its strategic position, our guests can easily reach by car the entire area around Ostuni, the white city, as well as the major attractions of the region.
