Giovi Relais

In Polignano a Mare, at only 100 meters from the sea and the beach, lies the Giovì Relais, a project of careful restoration of a historic building dating back to 1800.

The rooms are warm, welcoming and elegant and inspired by the white-colored Mediterranean style. The walls and vaults are made of natural plasters and the floors are covered with the typical local stone skillfully carved by local craftsmen. The rooms' bathrooms instead show the typical “cocciopesto”, a material known since ancient Rome, which shows beautiful color tones such as the terracotta red, and which is perfectly matched with the other materials used, such as glass, ceramic and steel.

All rooms are elegantly furnished with original pieces of furniture, in an evocative ambience which conveys an atmosphere full of past charm. Breakfast is prepared exclusively with local seasonal products, freshly baked pastries and cakes, fresh fruit and all the best the local production has to offer.

The Giovì Relais also disposes of a wellness center with Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower, whirlpool with heated water and salt wall.
