The exclusive use of the Torre di Talamonaccio, comprising 4 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and bathroom, as well as entryway, lounge with fireplace on the ground floor, living room with air conditioning and a 32” LCD TV satellite with DVD, dining room on the first floor, terrace and fully equipped kitchen.

Daily cleaning 1 person 4 hours a day, 6 days a week for housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, three times a week and supply and changing of bedding, bath and pool towels on Saturday and Wednesday and final cleaning.

The rental also includes the use of the outside areas, of the private 6mx4m swimming pool, and direct access to the seaside, the private rock beach is shared with only another villa.
